Vintage Glam FOTD2: Simple Neutral Makeup

Week 2 on No Buy March with Liz of My Pretty Obsessions and we are going strong folks!
If you guys missed our first FOTD for Vintage Glam No Buy click here:

For this week I am in between trying out new beauty products and going through my stash. Honestly, I haven't had the itch to go buy new makeup since I am also keeping it simple lately and not packing so much makeup on my skin just to give it time to breathe. I am also focusing more on skin care lately and keeping my skin hydrated and moisturized.

1- theBalm Nude'tude palette: I used Serious and Sleek for my brows with an angled brush. It gives that nice fuller brow look but still looking natural since I didn't use any brow pencil to shape it. This was my go-to brow colors before I found Anastasia Brow Wiz pencil.
Underneath for highlight, I used Sassy, I also used that to highlight my inner corners. One of my favorite crease color is the shade Sultry! I seem to be always going back to this matte, light brown shade when I am going for a neutral eye look.
2- Wet n'Wild Fergie - Bebot Love: I forgot how pretty this nude shade is on me!
3- Burt's Bees 100% Natural lip gloss - Spring Splendor: To keep my lips hydrated, I applied this all over. I forgot I bought this last year to try it out and since my lip gloss collection kept growing this got pushed in the back.
4- Inglot AMC Cream Concealer #70: Since I have been trying out a new concealer that I bought before my No Buy I have forgotten about this little pot. I love the coverage on this and definitely can be used alone like a foundation and with a setting powder I am all set! But for today's FOTD, I used a few old and new products...

For this week's FOTD, I have kept my makeup look simple. Focused more on looking awake and concealing all my blemishes. I haven't been wearing my favorite deep, dark red lip products since my lips are just dry, and just been going for strong brows since everything else is pretty minimal in color.

Few updates that has been keeping me busy during this No Buy March:
  • Project SoHo (small office/home office) is going great! Just need to do some minor organizing. I can't seem to decide where to put stuff. Even having a lot of storage, seems to be the dilemma now!
  • I have been very blessed to be able to work with companies to get my review on their products.  I have been testing out a lot of exciting makeup and skin care products. And if I can write a review everyday I would, but I don't want to bore you with review posts everyday, so I have spread them out for the next few weeks!
  • Next week, my niece from Maui is coming and staying with us for a few days so I have been doing some Spring cleaning here. Having two dogs and a cat though, everything stays clean for like a second. So dog hair everywhere here is like the norm!

Hope you guys have been enjoying your March! I'll see you all again next week for another Vintage Glam FOTD post! Also, don't forget to check out my No Buy partner Liz' FOTD as well here:
