OCC Lip Tar/ RTW are the same formulas as the original Lip Tars but now are in ready to wear packaging! Packaged in these cylindrical clear tube with a doe-foot applicator.

Retails for $15.00 USD each and has .14 fl oz.
The doe foot applicator has enough product that you only need one application. It is easy to line the lips as well with the thinnest part of the applicator.
I think it's best worn over OCC Lip Tar Primer & OCC Colour Pencil of the same shades of the Lip Tar/ RTW.

Believe it or not I am enjoying the shade "Sebastian" which is this cool toned gray shade that is actually not that scary to wear. This may become my go-to lip shade for the Fall season. It is actually neutral enough to wear with either a colorful eye shadow looks or just a winged liner and full on false lashes! The shade "Hush" is a bit bright on me so I still have to play with this some more. "Anime" is this beautiful bright pink shade.
These OCC Lip Tar/ RTW 's are definitely very consumer friendly but is actually also makeup artists favorite because of it's easy-to-use application. They do need to be touched up after eating and drinking. When worn over the OCC lip primer, the wear lasts longer.
