My Summer Must-Haves

I shouldn't be reminding you to put that sunscreen on even if you are trying to tan or not. You should be applying sunscreen all year round anyways as the UV rays does not take vacations. Sunscreen is a hair-to-toe (yes HAIR!) application that we all need to be part of our everyday- AM routine.
For this year, here are my must-have beauty products for the Summer.

This travel-friendly size fits perfectly in my everyday tote bag, and is very handy when I am underground waiting for the subway; out with my dogs; out in the beach; by the pool or anywhere really during the Summer. This has a nice fine mist that it does not leave water spots on your face.
I actually mentioned this way before, HERE. That Mister is bigger that this one and is great to have at your next backyard BBQ/ pool party.
You just fill this mister with tap water and pump it manually then start misting!

I found out about this product during the International Beauty Show back in Spring, and have only started using it lately. Our hair needs protection from the hot Summer sun as well and this BB cream for hair seems to be doing the job for my long hair.
This 10-in-1 does the following:
Repair with Keratin
Frizz Control
Smoothing
Moisture
Silky Softness
Brilliant Shine
Detangling
Heat Protection
Manageability
Anti-breakage

This does not weigh my hair down like some hair oils do. My hair do feels great when I run my fingers through it. I do use this as a protection from the sun but having the 9 other benefits is really great to have in a hair cream.

This is proven to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by boosting collagen production.

"This unbelievable lightweight, extraordinarily protective formula combines next generation antioxidant technology and patented NIA-114 to enhance skin's innate defenses and boost its age fighting abilities"

I apply this on my face and neck and it gets absorbed right away. It does not leave that sticky or greasy feel on the skin. I have no problem applying makeup on top of it either.

Any products that have anti-aging benefits, I am always open to try it out. Anything to avoid early signs of fine lines and wrinkles is always welcome in my skincare routine!

I never leave the house without applying any sunscreen at all, especially on my face because of all the medication I take for my acne (spironolactone tablets and Tazorac cream). The medication plus the retinol cream made my skin very sensitive and so I need good protection.
