CityColor BeMatte Products

During IMATS NY back in April, I purchased a few CityColor Cosmetics makeup products. I have never heard of them before until I read +Tanya Lovetere of Leopard Lace and Cheesecake reviews on some of their products which got my makeup curiosity going. Their products were discounted during IMATS as well, I don't think there was anything over $10!

About the products

$4.99
Comes in 36 colors, infused with Vitamin E to nourish your lips while providing long lasting, matte-finish color.
The shades I bought are the following
  • M25 Denise - Deep Pink shade
  • M33 Phoebe - Pink Mauve shade
  • M19 Jenny - Bright True Red shade

These lipsticks are non-drying and goes on so smooth on the lips. I love how bright they are and it does stays on after a light lunch and iced coffee!
The transparent cover makes it easy to see the shade of the lipstick.

$4.99
Comes in 8 highly pigmented shades and is formulated with ultra-fine pressed powder. This "Blogger Favorite" is easy to blend that can give you a subtle glow to a dramatic look. This is a cruelty free and paraben free product.

This is the shade Dragonfruit, which is a matte bright pink shade.
It is a finely milled powder blush and is very pigmented. Tap the excess from your blush brush, and start with a light hand since you really don't need a lot of the product when applying it. The blush is easy to blend as well!

$5.99
This is another Blogger favorite, that gives a nice gold sheen when applied. The mousse and creamy consistency of the product can be easily applied as an eyeshadow base or a highlight on the cheekbones.

The small jar comes with a plastic topper besides the twist-up cap, to keep the product from drying out fast. The product dries fast so blend it right away to give you that nice subtle shimmer on the lids or cheeks. If not blended you get this nice shimmery yellow gold which can look great to wear alone on the lids this Summer!

Overall, I want to try out more from CityColor Cosmetics. Their BeMatte lipsticks are the most comfortable matte lipsticks I have tried and there are so many shades to choose from!
